How long for a showcase site?
A few weeks, not a few months, for a standard showcase or B2B site: the exact timeline depends on the number of pages, languages and the availability of your content. The schedule is set in the quote and kept.
WordPress or custom?
Both are possible. I favour a modern, lightweight foundation when the project allows it, because speed and security are structural there. If you already have a WordPress, I can optimise it rather than rebuild everything: the right answer depends on the existing setup, not on dogma.
Will the site really be fast?
Core Web Vitals in the green are a delivery criterion, measured with Google’s public tools before launch. If a page does not pass, it is not delivered. My own site serves as a public benchmark of this standard.
Do you build multilingual FR, NL, EN sites?
Yes, it is a specialty: architecture per language, localised metadata, management of cannibalisation between versions. In Belgium, a serious site is often multilingual by design.
Is SEO included?
The technical SEO foundation is included: metadata, structured data, sitemap, Search Console, performance. Content strategy and link acquisition are engagements in their own right: I tell you clearly where one ends and the other begins.
